Shauna is a Simple Swaps Superstar!
I recently touched base with Shauna, one of the Superstars in my Simple Swaps program, to find out how her progress has been in her third month of the program, and I am really excited to share her comments below.
Transformation Tuesday: Shauna Harder
"My name is Shauna Harder. My husband and I have been married for almost 27 years and we have two adult children. I am a primary school teacher and have been teaching for 27 years. My whole life has been doing with less for myself in order to provide more for others… that’s just who I am.
When I saw Cheryl’s 30-Day challenge scroll down my Facebook page, I made a conscientious decision to accept that challenge and do something amazing for myself. I am honoured that I have been asked to share what “Simple Swaps” has done for me."

The Goal: Look great at her son's wedding

"I began by transition on January 9, 2017, partly as a New Year’s Resolution but mostly to get myself looking better for our son’s wedding this summer.
Losing weight and inches before my 50th birthday has also been self-motivating for me. Ultimately though, Cheryl has been my rock solid support being only a text or email away. The modules Cheryl produced were the basis of my personal transition. I watched each new module, took notes and studied them and finally incorporated the information into my weekly swaps knowing that baby steps would help me reach a healthier body."

"Upon the ending of my 30-day challenge, I reflected and saw positive changes in my body shape and size but I also felt changes happening inside my body. I truly feel more energized and rested."
It Really Can Be Simple!

"I am finishing my second month of Cheryl’s Simple Swap program and I can now say “Simple” without my tongue in my cheek. I have embraced the process and can live it without much thought. I have embraced Cheryl, I read our Facebook pages faithfully and rest heavily upon the support of my family on the days I feel weak. On the 10th week of improving myself, I have only lost 12.5 pounds BUT I have shed a total of 23 inches off my body. Am I perfect? Absolutely not! Am I a healthier person? I absolutely am!! Do I want to keep going? Yes I do; the hard part is behind me. I will keep watching for weekly challenges and include them into what I’m already doing… good, better, best is the motto I use for my success.
